Atlas Vst

Atlas Vst

Smart drum-machine-sampler, which will change the usual way of using samples and creating bits.
All samples are organized in one place with assignment cards based on style and character.
Find inspiration by creating drum kits using your own samples.
Speed up your workflow by dragging and dropping to any application.

Atlas is a sample manager that also may be used as a basic drum VST. A unique ability and perhaps its biggest problem is that it classifies your samples according to what Atlas thinks they are. If it doesn't understand where a sample fits in its classification then it doesn't report it or classify it. Algonaut Atlas v1.4.4 VST WIN. MIDI mapping: Find the perfect sample faster. Atlas can locate and classify each drum sound on your computer and create a destination map that you can scroll and scale with all your samples in one place.

Instantly create drumkits: Find inspiration in randomization. One click and Atlas selects 8 samples. Lock or drag them individually. Change the sound settings using the combined controls.

Drag and Drop: Drag and drop samples from Atlas to your favorite sampler / sequencer for even more control. Atlas can be used as a browser replacement for your existing workflow.

Atlas Vst Review

Set of MIDI clips: Create inspirational drums in seconds by dragging the included MIDI patterns from Atlas onto your DAW and MIDI will launch the drum kit. Click “New Kit” to instantly create drum loops.

Like Dislike: The more you use Atlas, the more it recognizes you. Since samples may or may not like you, Atlas will explore the types of samples you prefer and help you refine your sound.

Analyze your own samples: Analyze any of your own samples, regardless of size. Create separate cards for genre, brand, style and organize your samples. Analysis takes place locally, not in the cloud.

What is ATLAS?

The initial aim of ATLAS is to survey 4500 deg2 of the Southern Sky athigh galactic latitudes to comparable depths to the SDSS in the North. TheVST ATLAS will be the first step towards a panoramic digital survey of theSouthern Sky in the optical bands. The ATLAS will complement the proposedVISTA Hemisphere Survey in the South. A prime science driver is todetermine the dark energy equation of state by detecting 'baryon wiggles'in the power-spectrum of ~450000 z~0.7 Luminous Red Galaxies (LRGs), usingeither photo-z from VST ATLAS + VHS imaging or spectroscopic redshifts viathe new AAOmega instrument. Other uses include the colour selection of QSOcandidates out to z~7. Further potential dark energy probes existincluding LRG z-space distortion, the Integrated Sachs-Wolfe Effect andthe dependence of QSO lensing on redshift. Finally, the VST ATLAS+AAOmegawill feed VLT with rare galaxy and QSO targets for high resolutionspectroscopy, constituting a new and uniquely powerful tool for surveycosmology.
The survey started in August 2011. Processing is being done at the Cambridge Astronomy Survey Unit (CASU), whilst the data release is being prepared by the Wide Field Astronomy Unit (WFAU) at the ROE. DR2 is now available from the ESO archive.
